More about the Fernie Hunt Supporters Association

The FHSA was established in 1968 and has been dedicated to raising funds for the Fernie Hunt – whilst having as much fun as possible – ever since.

The FHSA organises a wide range of fund-raising and social activities throughout the year. The highlights of the calendar are the Country Fair & Kennels’ Open Day, the Variety Show, Hound Racing and Hunter Trials. Various other parties, social events and initiatives enable the FHSA to make substantial annual contributions to the Hunt as well as donations to relevant causes such as the Air Ambulance and the HSBS.

The FHSA is run by a committee of volunteers and has a membership in excess of 300. Members receive the popular biannual magazine ‘The Fernie View’ and details of events and news are circulated regularly by email.
